QUICK SUMMARY: All of our hunts are 1 on 1 guided hunts. We offer 1, 2 and 3 day hunts with lodging and meals included for the 2 and 3 day hunts. We have an extensive land and animal management program to produce and properly care for some amazing whitetails. To maintain the integrity of these resources, HUNTS ARE LIMITED. Our goal is to provide our hunters with a fantastic all around hunting experience; we do have wheelchair accessible blinds and facilities for our disabled guests as well. If we fail to provide you with an opportunity to harvest the caliber animal your are looking for, we don't expect you to pay anything ... including for lodging and meals. OUR PROPERTY: Below you will find some aerial photos of our property; as you can see we hunt several diffent types of terrain. From agricultural fields to food plots, high ridges to deep ravines and hardwoods to thick nasty swamp and river bottom; our setups are as diverse as the topography.
  
Want to see the property and layout before your hunt? We own and operate Rainbow Ranch Inc, a public horseback riding stable. Our guided trail rides will take you throughout the property giving you a fantastic view of the terrain, blinds and setups.
BLINDS: For the safety and comfort of our guests hunting is done from heated Shadow Hunter blinds. We have elevated and non-elevated 6'x6', 6'x8', 8'x8' and 8'x10' blinds with the larger blinds being wheelchair accessible. Shadow Hunter blinds conceal movement, contain odors, muffle sounds and allow for 360 degree viewing. We also have several miles of horseback riding trails throughout the property which are great for spot and stalk or still hunting. We have stationary blinds in 8 different locations... LODGING & MEALS: We are currently working on our guest lodging .... meals will be homestyle in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Lodge photos will be available when it is completed.
WEAPONS: For our inaugural 2013 season, we will accept rifle and black powder hunters only. We have a gun range on-site to fine tune your equipment or verify your weapon is still on target. Safety is of upmost importance; we expect you to know how to handle your weapon safely in all conditions.
ANIMALS: We specialize in whitetail deer only. As farmers and ranchers, we take great pride in the health and well-being of our animals. All of our stock is under CWD and TB surveillance in compliance with Michigan Dept of Agriculture requirements and our farm is inspected and approved by the Michigan Dept of Natural Resources.
