QUICK SUMMARY: Our ministry program is designed to serve and encourage life-challenged youths and their families through hunting opportunities and fellowship as well as serve pastors and support missionaries.
YOUTHS: Donating all-inclusive hunting adventures to youths who are life-challenged, terminally ill and/or at risk. We work with both individual families as well as through numerous non-profits who cater to the needs of these individuals. There will be zero cost to families and non-profits.
PASTORS: Donating the lodging facilities during the non-hunting season as a retreat for pastors and their families during times of vacation or sabbatical. Providing a location to relax, refocus and reprioritize, if necessary, and to seek personal and family revival. There will be zero cost to pastors, their families and their churches.
MISSIONARIES: Donating the lodging facilities during the non-hunting season to missionaries who are home from the field on furlough. There will be zero cost to missionaries, their families and their sending churches and agencies. Furthermore, to use the business as a platform to financially support missions, both locally and abroad, to communicate the truth of the Gospel to the world for the glory of Jesus Christ.
WHY DO THIS? "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies - in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To Him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen." (1 Peter 4:10-11)
WHY MINISTRY? "For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ" (2 Corinthians 4:6). Our philosophy is simple: that through the power of the Holy Spirit we might so live in a way that demonstrates that Jesus Christ is more precious than anything this world has to offer. That our lives might reflect the glory and worth of Christ by faith expressing itself through love (Galatians 5:6), pursuing the greatest of all the commandments, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:27). There are only two things in this physical world that are eternal, God's Word and people. The essence of not wasting your life is to invest yourself and your resources in eternity. We are to be stewards of what God gives us so that everything points to Christ.
WHY HUNTING? God gives us all unique gifts, abilities, desires, convictions and resources. For us, the arena where all these things intersect is spending time with and loving people amidst God's amazing creation. Romans 1:20 says "For His invisible attributes, namely, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse." God is clearly visible in creation, and even more it declares His glory to all (Psalm 19:1).
